Our classes are carefully planned to deliver maximum results using well-balanced, full body workouts designed to give you a continuous challenge and keep your mind and body charged.
We emphasise good technique and form while working with weights and resistance. Our coaches will keep a close eye on you so that you get the support and attention you need to workout safely & efficiently.
This class is not suitable for beginners. If you have no exercise experience, we recommend you sign up for a month of personal training or our beginners class before joining group classes.

Our Beginner Foundation program helps build strength, improve posture and increase movement while focusing on good technique and gradual progress.
The workouts are paced for complete beginners with no exercise experience. Stronger, Leaner & Bendier - you will see steady progress over the course of 4 weeks and will never feel left behind!

This is a low impact beginner friendly class using mat & machine Pilates exercises done on a suspension trainer. The combination is guaranteed to increase muscle activation and build a solid core. Challenge your balance & coordination and you build strength with flexibility.
This class is suitable for complete beginners, someone returning to exercise after a long break as well as intermediate practitioners seeking a supporting workout.
