Monday - Hatha Yoga: this class is for those who prefer a more relaxed style of yoga where the asanas (yoga postures) are held for longer. Expect deep stretches focused on hip opening and spinal flexibility. Work on muscular endurance finishing with deep guided meditation.
Wednesday: Vinyasa Flow: a vigorous class involving continuous transitions between one asana to the next, synchronized with breath. Expect cardiovascular and strength training.
Friday: Yoga Circuits: a rapid suryanamaskar (sun salutation) circuit interspersed with ab-work and iron yoga using light weights for fat loss and toning.
