The session begins with mindful breathing waking you up for Surya Namaskar variations, strengthening asanas and mobility drills. We end with guided meditation to prep you for the day.
This class a perfect counter balance for any stiffness or soreness that’s resulted from long periods on the desk or a hard session at the gym.
Each Wednesday is an Asana Masterclass. For 60 minutes we focus on mobility drills and techniques to deepen your practice of just one pose. The last Wednesday of each month is a guided meditation class. Every Friday we focus on individual body parts, working their mobility & flexibility with small, individually specific adjustments.
