Monday - Hatha Yoga: more relaxed class where the asanas are held for longer. Expect deep stretches focused on hip opening and spinal flexibility. Work on muscular endurance finishing with deep guided meditation.
Wednesday - Vinyasa Flow: a vigorous class involving continuous transitions between asanas, synchronized with breath. Expect cardiovascular and strength training.
Friday - Yoga Circuits: a rapid suryanamaskar (sun salutation) circuit interspersed with ab-work and iron yoga using light weights for fat loss and toning.
