Cardio X Pilates | Wednesday:
A 20 minute tabata of high intensity interval training to get the heart pumping followed by a sequence of Mat Pilates specifically targeting the abs, hips and thighs.
Strength X Pilates | Friday
A combination class of Classical Pilates with weight training provides a dynamic and challenging workout that strengthens and tones the muscles.

Suitable for men and women over the age of 20 as well as healthy senior adults. Great as a rehabilitation workout post injury to help transition to heavier training. An ideal class if you are new to regular exercise.
