Pilates: Fusion Workouts with Brishti Biswas (resumes November 26)


A dual-style, Pilates based programme that involves core conditioning, strengthening and cardiovascular training.

Cardio X Pilates | Wednesday:
A 20 minute tabata of high intensity interval training to get the heart pumping followed by a sequence of Mat Pilates specifically targeting the abs, hips and thighs.

Strength X Pilates | Friday
A combination class of Classical Pilates with weight training provides a dynamic and challenging workout that strengthens and tones the muscles.

Fat-burn Muscle & Tone Flexibility Core Low-Impact

Suitable for men and women over the age of 20 as well as healthy senior adults. Great as a rehabilitation workout post injury to help transition to heavier training. An ideal class if you are new to regular exercise.

Evening Trial Classes:

3 trial classes for Rs.600 (all to be taken in the same week, 1 of which must be a Pilates Flow class)

1 trial class per person for Rs.400 (subject to availability)

Package Options:
12 classes / 5 week validity / 2 days Fusion Workouts, 1 day Pilates Flow:
Rs.7,000 (Rs.583 per class)
16 classes / 5 week validity / 2 days Fusion Workouts, 2 days of Pilates Flow:
Rs.8,000 (Rs.500 per class)

Packages cannot be extended if not used during the period of validity.
