A Pilates based workout that involves:
Cardio Fusion | Wednesday:
A 20 minute tabata of high intensity interval training to get the heart pumping followed by a sequence of Mat Pilates specifically targeting the abs, hips and thighs.
Strength Fusion | Friday
Classical Pilates exercises loaded with light weights and resistance training aimed to strengthen and tone.

Suitable for men and women over the age of 16 as well as healthy senior adults. Great as a rehabilitation workout post injury to help transition to heavier training. An ideal class if you are new to regular exercise.
