Ab Lab | Wednesday:
A fiery and fierce core workout guaranteed to get those abs popping!

Melt | Friday:
Friday’s we work on a metabolic meltdown to chisel your muscles, enhance total-body performance and ignite your metabolism. This class will leave your body burning fat throughout the weekend!
